• Consignment is reserved for special, high-value pieces in excellent condition.
  
• Our offers are based on wholesale rates, and we always consider the garment’s condition, along with any cleaning or mending it may need.
  
• Every treasure we accept is lovingly washed, dry-cleaned, or restored—those costs are reflected in our offer. (Please note: we can’t reimburse for cleaning done beforehand.)
