Crochet Pattern 3007: Infant Saque with Picot Edging

Yarn:  1 oz. skeins, Color A, 3 (4) skeins; Color B, 1 (1) skein  
Crochet Hooks: "Boye" Hook, Size E (2); "Boye" Steel Hook, Size 1 for Picot Edges
