1930-40s Navy Straw Cartwheel Hat with Antique Lace and Ribbon / One Size

A beautiful late 1930s navy straw cartwheel adorned with antique lace and a 1 1/2" grosgrain ribbon that cascades down the back of the hat. Perfect for the summer.

The Millinery Stabilization Commission Inc. was established in 1936 and ran labels for a 4 year period until 1941.

Condition: Good vintage condition, the color of the lace is aged and does not have a ribbon or chin strap -- would need to have one added.
