1940s Blue Velvet Dress with Beaded Neckline / Waist 30

I cannot get over this blue, the silk velvet holds a stunning vibrant shade of sapphire blue. V-neckline adorned with silver seed beads and rhinestones. Dress comes with matching belt and side metal zipper closure.
