1940s white crepe dress with pencil skirt and peplum. The bodice and peplum is covered with silver bugle beads scrolling through. Wide open neckline with a small cap sleeves. Fitted bodice with long peplum over a straight skirt and the peplum curves longer in the back. The peplum has some fullness gather into the waist and there is a row of white netting stitched across each high hip on the skirt for a bit of added fullness. Corded bow at the center front waist. Metal zipper center back and snap closures for the peplum. Center back vent in the skirt. What a stunner!
Condition: Good vintage condition (~80 years old) light scuff smudge on bodice. Small rust stain on peplum near zipper and one on front near beads - Please see pictures. Happy to send additional upon request. Freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear!
