This cape really shines, I cannot get over the sheen that this fabric throws off. This is a rain cape and can be used in the elements. The stitching on this cape is well done throughout, curved collar with red buttons covered by a placket. Two side slits for arms, and there are two arm straps on the inside panel. The shoulder pads give this look the 40s drama -- they are beautifully made.
Condition: Good vintage condition; A light stain on the front bottom hem. There are small marks across the hemline from use. Two small light stains on the front near the buttons. A couple of light snags on the back. Please see pictures, happy to send additional images/videos upon request.
