Beautiful hand painted matador skirt made in Mexico. Features scenes of bull fighting in the center with borders that have items such as, swords, capes, hats and scrolls. The skirt has two sets of ties, one on the front and back. There are slits on each side that separate the waistline into two 'flaps' so the waistline can be adjusted a bit. First you tie the back flap's sash around your waist, which will be hidden by the front. Then bring the front flap up and warp-around the sash to the back.
Measurements:
Waist 26"
Hips Free
Length 32.5"
Label: Sala Prat
Condition: Excellent vintage condition, the skirt looks like it has hardly been worn. There is one scuff mark, please see images. The colors are very vibrant. Would recommend dry cleaning and let your dry cleaner know that it is hand painted. Please reach out with any questions -- happy to send additional images/videos upon request.
