This hat is so reminiscent of images from Vogue in the 1950/60's with models sitting on the beach in swimsuits and wearing hats just like this one!
This is a tall vintage 50/60s pink straw hat with a bands of white fuzzy trim, I believe is chenille, accent the entire hat. There is a woven raffia blue band accenting the brim of the hat.
The hat is meant to sit on top of the head so can fit a range. Also, I've learned that the elastic strap is supposed to go behind the hair but can be used as a chin strap too.
Perfect for summer vacation!
There is a 'sister' hat available in blue too!
